Foundations, Transitioners & Trailblazers

In our Foundation classes we learn about the elements of yoga that make a sound base and awareness of the practice, whether we are physically fit or not, this class shows you how these other elements can bring your practice to it's optimum.


With our foundations strong and and having understood it's components, in our Transitioner classes, we are able now to take our practice further and explore more in the world of movemement, implementing new elements that will expand your experience of yoga.


Trailblazer classes are for those that have confidence in their own practice and have come full circle to themseleves again and are able to play and explore more, fully understanding the elements that yoga has to offer and perhaps would like to join a class soley to experience another approach, with guest teachers invited to teach !
